When under the Campaigns tab, review existing campaigns across your organization, complete draft campaigns, or adjust active campaigns.
When accessed, a table shows recently updated campaigns to have your team see what campaigns need attention. The table has these available columns:
- Title – Name of the campaign
- Goal – Objective of the campaign
- Status – Current state of the campaign (Draft, Pending-approval, Published)
- Start Date – When the campaign is eligible to play
- End Date – When the campaign finishes
- Locations – Targeted in-store locations that the campaign can play
- Created – When the campaign was created
- Last Updated – When the campaign was last created
- Remove – If clicked, the campaign will be deleted
To review and find any campaign, use these features:
- Search – A search box allows querying campaign titles using an exact match.
- Filters – Available filters narrow the listed campaigns by Goal, Status, or Location. Use the dropdown boxes to quickly find the campaigns you need to access.
- Sorting – Order campaigns by selecting available column headers. Clicking the column header sets the sort as ascending or descending.
- Rows per page – Expand the number of campaigns shown for each page
- Pagination – Navigate through available pages of campaigns
- Export – Download the campaign records for use outside of the platform
To access Campaign Details, click on the campaign record within the table.
