Manage an individual campaign by viewing, editing, or taking available actions.
If the campaign is not published, these are the available options:
- Editing
Tabs exist to allow viewing and editing of these setting groups:- General
- Name – Update the Name field to describe your campaign. Use a naming convention across your organization to make management easier and reporting clearer as more campaigns are created.
- Goal – Each campaign has a purpose. From the selections provided, update your selected campaign goal.

- Targeting
- Locations – Adjust store locations and in-store activation points with the available setting options.
- Schedule – Update the start date, end date, hours of the day, or days of the week to change when the campaign runs. You may need to update the start date or end date if the dates are past.
- Audiences – Add or remove audience segments.

- Optimization
- Set play frequency – Adjust the slider to boost or reduce plays relative to other eligible campaigns. This influences how often the campaign will be played.
- Set sales attribution – Modify the product categories, brands, and/or UPCs to set a feedback loop for the campaign. This enables optimization by goals such as sales lift.

- Content
- Who will see this content – Update when customers may see creative assets depending on how they interact with an activation point.
- Assign content – Update and complete what creative assets are played when the campaign runs.
All eligible device types are displayed. For each device type, these details help understand the customer experience and reach:- Aspect Ratio – The physical aspect ratio of the device
- Touchpoints – The physical device IDs installed across your stores
- Departments – The in-store locations that have these installed devices
- Who will see this content – Update when customers may see creative assets depending on how they interact with an activation point.
- General
An example is a Wall device type with:
- A landscape 16:9 aspect ratio
- CXI-00029-000-0001 as its physical device ID
- Entrance as its store location
To set creative assets to the device type, click the + Assign link.
If creative assets were already assigned, click the Discard link to reset it or click the Update link to modify what was set.
The Creative Setup appears to walk through these three steps:
- Choose Creative Type – Available templates render assets in many ways. The Universal template is the default creative type that uses the entire full screen to display one or more assets
Once the creative type is selected, click Next. - Select Assets – The available creative assets come from two sources: your computer or your organization’s asset library.
If you have an asset that matches the creative specifications, click the upload icon and locate the file on your computer. Upload the asset to your organization’s asset library.
If you want to use an existing file in the asset library, use the Search box and scrolling features to find the asset you want to use. Click on the asset(s) that you want selected for this campaign.
NOTE: Your organization’s Digital Assets Management (DAM) system can be integrated to replace the built-in asset library. Please contact your account representative [or create a ticket] for more information.
Once the assets are selected, click Next. - Confirm Assets – Review the assets before you confirm the setup.
Your selected assets are shown. If more than one asset was selected, you can rearrange the order of these assets with the arrows to the right of each asset.
When ready to confirm, click Finish.
If needed, repeat the Creative Setup steps for the other eligible device types.
- Save – If any changes are made under the setting groups, click on the Save button to commit the changes.
- Activate Actions
Under the Activate tab, these options may be shown:- Cancel Campaign – If a campaign will never be published, click the Cancel Campaign button to prevent it from being editable or published.
- Submit for review – When campaign settings are finalized and all creative assigned, click the Submit for review button to set campaign in the approval queue.
- Publish – If you have approval privileges, click on the Publish button to trigger the campaign to be published on the network.
If the campaign is published, these are the available options:
- Viewing
Tabs exist to allow viewing only of these setting groups:- General – See the campaign’s name and goal.
- Targeting – Inspect the settings that determine where a campaign plays, when it runs, and which audience segments see it.
- Optimization – Check the settings that influence play frequency and establish the feedback loop that maximizes the campaign’s goal.
- Content - Review what creative assets are played across eligible devices when the campaign runs.
- Clone – Published campaigns cannot be edited so if you want to adjust the campaign, click the Clone button to create a copy of the campaign. Then, the new copy can be edited and submitted for publication.
- Advanced
Under the Advanced tab, these options may be shown:- Cancel Campaign – To stop a campaign from playing across the network, click the Cancel Campaign button.
