Activation Point Details

Modified on Thu, 19 Sep at 1:26 PM

Learn about an activation point in the network and what content is playing and will play in the future.

The details page is organized in three sections:

  1. Activation Point Details
  2. Paid Ads
  3. Retail Media

By default, a Calendar icon and date shows today’s date. This is used to show activation point details right now. However, if you want to see what is eligible to play in a future date, click the Calendar icon and date. A calendar pops up to allow the selection of future date. Once selected, the page updates its details.

For the Activation Point Details section, this information is provided:

  • NEID - Unique ID of the activation point. NEID means Networked Experience ID.
  • Status – Current state (Live, Offline) of the activation point
  • Number of campaigns – Total campaigns that are eligible for this activation point
  • Store Info – Location of the store where the activation point is installed
  • Departments – In-store locations that are applicable to where this activation point is installed
  • Device Type – Physical form factor installed within the store
  • Aspect Ratio – Based on the device type, this is the native aspect ratio supported for full screen content.

For the Paid Ads section, eligible sold advertising campaigns are listed here. The campaigns may originate from in-house direct sales efforts or third-party ad sellers.

For the Retail Media section, unpaid campaigns are listed here. Unpaid campaigns include merchandising messaging, brand marketing, store ambiance content, and anything else.

For each section, campaigns are listed if they exist. Each campaign shows these details:

  • Campaign Title
  • Campaign Start Date and End Date
  • Status (Published)

Click on a Campaign to review the campaign.
